Reopening, as I reproduced the issue with the following Jenkins versions
The issue does not occur with Jenkins <1.532.2-LTS
MS IE 10 cannot load the Job Config page for the following default job types:
It can, however, load the External Monitor Job config page.
MS IE 9 loads all those pages, MS IE 10 can load them in compatibility mode, too.
