Are you able to reproduce this on a newly installed Jenkins instance building your project, or building an open source project (which would allow others to reproduce the problem)?
Please provide the output of /threadDump while it's stuck.
Please explain in detail what you mean by 'stuck'? The job doesn't continue? Jenkins stops responding?
