Description:

When the choice of a tool should be parameterized, it would be nice to have a ParameterDefinition where you can pick a ToolInstallation subclass and then select a tool of that kind. The ParameterValue could define environment variables for the name of the tool and its home.
Possible the same could be done for a matrix Axis.
