Description:

I added Phase job with Parameters from properties file.
"Don't trigger if any files are missing" is enabled.
When I run the build I see:
[parameterizedtrigger] Properties file properties did not exist.
Not triggering due to missing file
[multiJob] DontTriggerException: hudson.plugins.parameterizedtrigger.AbstractBuildParameters$DontTriggerException
But still the job is triggered.
