Did anyone ever realize this issue is almost only occurring on Windows?:
Over the past 10 days, I faced this issue on 57 occasions, exclusively on Windows slaves. Cees Bos mentioned he saw the issue once on Linux, but all other comments are mentioning Windows slaves.
@Bipin Jethwani: Could you elaborate on your solution direction? What did you do to fix it?
