Description:

When rebuilding a matrix job, if some configurations result are "UNSTABLE" or "FAILED" but are not selected for rebuild, and the selected ones finished with "SUCCESS", the build result become "SUCCESS" even with non successful configurations.
I think the new build should be never better then the worst result of non run status of original build.
