Issue seems to have been resolved in Jenkins 1.424 and SSH Slaves 0.20, so resolving.
Alexander: Install Java on the slave you're connecting to, or store your Oracle account credentials in Jenkins to allow automatic JRE installation. It's not a bug, just a config issue. Please do not reopen.
