We have also had this issue on Jenkins 1.574
Rolling back the CI plugin from 1.20 to 1.19 stops the problem from occuring. I.e. I suspect the bug was introduced in the 1.20 version.
As part of the investigation, we disabled and re-enabled the plugin. Neither the user that had the problem, and myself, no longer have a score on the leaderboard. This is not a problem, but I thought it may be useful info in determining the problem.
