With the new div-based layout the action list, executor list and queue list are all above the job list.
Jenkins version 1.573
Screen resolution is 1400x900
Browsers are Firefox 31, IE 9 - same
No Greasemonkey or similar plugins installed
No speficic settings done.
No Simple Theme plugin.
The only thing I can think of is that I'm accessing it over a Teamviewer connection.
