We see this issue also on upgrade from 1.574 to 1.576. Claim, Priority Sorter, Safe Restart, and Bulk Builder plugin icons in the Tasks and Views bar on the homepage all try to load from https://plugin/pluginname... as opposed to https://host:port/plugins/pluginname... This is causing load times on the home pages to regress as the browser searches for https://plugin. All affected plugins are up to date.
