Nathmie- looking at the source, it looks like the run mode is hard coded in HpToolsLauncher\TestRunners\GuiTestRunner.cs so it doesn’t look like there is any way to set it in Jenkins. You could update the file to set RunMode to "Normal", rebuild HpToolsLauncher.exe, and stick it in the plugin archive. Then all your tests would run in Normal mode, though.
