Daniel Beck resolved JENKINS-13594 as Cannot Reproduce Ampersand in execute shell build step; SEVERE: Error parsing body of the request Cannot reproduce on 1.577 with the shell build step: bash -c "ls && ls && ls" So assuming this has been resolved.
