Description:

Right now when a PR is closed the job is still trigger causing it to change the commit status of a commit that has already been merged.
Note: I plan on adding two different feature:
- Adding a new ghprbPullStatus env that contains, open, closed
- Adding a checkbox to not trigger builds for closed PR.
Assigning to myself as I plan on working on this.
