Since jenkins (including the plugin) doesn't connect to the ALM server directly this is the wrong question, the right one would be: "how to connect UFT to ALM trough proxy", or maybe: "how to connect Jenkins with it's slave trough proxy", both can be answered by the respective product's support team.
