Report doesn't even mention the Jenkins version; as there's clearly a problem with parsing the config.xml, attaching it to this issue would be helpful; there's no other information ("Install JDK 1.8" as a tool in global Jenkins config, or used to run Jenkins, or what?) to further investigate this... therefore resolving as Incomplete.
