Description:

When the "Restart Jenkins when installation is complete and no jobs are running" is checked and anonymous has no rights to the master the log says:
"

SEVERE: Restarting VM as requested by anonymous
"
but the master stays in restart forever.
A manual login to the master and a "%JENKINS_HOME%\jenkins.exe restart" is needed.
