Heather Fraser-Dube resolved JENKINS-24738 as Not A Defect Dynamically use Build Toolkit on Slave Machine when path to it is provided as an Environment Variable Jenkins doesn't do the substitution of variables. The plugin itself won't do either because I don't think we will have the variables as configured for the slave in order to do the substitution.
