Description:

When job is parameterized and the very parameter is used as part of Repository URL, for example 'https://svnserver/svnroot/FOO/branches/BAR@$FIZ' and the said repository address have no history (for example, the branch BAR has been created by svn mv or svn cp.
Dummy commit to FOO/branches/BAR fixes the problem. The issue is 100% reproducable.
