Description:

We are using promoted plugin on a MatrixProject and we need to execute Maven goal during the promotion.
However with this setup the promoted build is unable to use the JDK version defined in the matrix axis.
In this special case we need to set the JDK version inside the promotion configuration.
I'm preparing a pull request.
