It is possible that Jenkins has different types of nodes to perform these separate tasks. Due to the difference in nature of these nodes machines there are also different limits with regards to the preventative node monitoring limits for disk space and temp space for each of these types of nodes. Therefore it would be very advantageous to be able to configure these limits for each of the nodes separately instead of configuring this at the global level.
