jenkinsTest dependencies are back
I was too optimistic to get rid of the jenkinsTests dependencies. Without
them the build only succeeds when those dependencies are already somewhere
on the local disc. Sadly the pull request builder detected the issue only
after the merge. See JENKINS-17129.
