Thanks for the link to
JENKINS-22550. I have upgraded GHPRB plugin to 1.16-1 and I don't get the NoSuchMethodError anymore, but I still get the blank page when I re-execute a promotion. In my case, a given promotion with manual approval can only be run once on a given build.
