Duration: 12months
Criteria Required -
- have credit cards experience
- worked with business process design (as-is/to-be state design)
- have banking experience
- TSYS experience is a significant bonus.
Job Description -
* Represent Financial Card Operations teams on projects and
initiatives
* Develop Business Requirements as they pertain to Financial Card
Operations
* Identify opportunities and make recommendations in process design to
streamline operational handling of proposed work
* Assist in transitioning new functionality to Operations by working
with Operational SMEs on training, procedure, workflow, and communications.
* Lead business SME is through documentation of proposed operational
work flows.
* Identify areas for process improvement
* Assess, demonstrate and document that revised/new processes improve
the business.
* Establish project plans by creating work plan/schedule, developing
due dates, coordinating events related to documentation and training. Ensure
milestones are being met, obstacles are identified, and issues are resolved
by appropriate team members identified to ensure that the project goals are
achieved.
* Identify opportunities to streamline how data is currently being
generated, collected and recorded by outsourced vendors.
* Analyze information and identify downstream Operational impacts.
Technical Skills: MS Project Visio , PowerPoint , Excel
General Skills:
* Prior experience working in Credit Card Operations
* specific knowledge of disputes handling, rewards redemptions, and
TSYS
* Project Management and client relationship experience.
* Strong working knowledge of a Process Improvement Methodology.
* Prior experience defining business operating models, designing
processes, identifying target metrics, and implementing changes.
* Strong skills in developing business cases and financial impact of
the proposed initiatives. ; Displays applied problem solving and strong
analytical skills
* Possesses solid communication and interpersonal skills
* Results-oriented with the ability to hold others accountable for
activity status
* Self-motivated and customer-service oriented
* Ability to make data driven decisions and influence others to
support and execute those decisions
Educational Requirements: Bachelors Degree or higher
Experience : 7+ Y , Duration : 12 Months
