The problem not longer exists. I think by a newer version of Jenkins, but don't know which version, because we had installed now a Jenkins Enterprise.
Now we work with the version: Jenkins ver. 1.509.4.1 (Jenkins Enterprise by CloudBees 13.05)
Thx for your help, but i close now this issue, because I think it was solved.
