We have tried for a rate exception but they are firm on their rate.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in QA Analyst role or system testing.
Minimum qualifications:
.3+ years of defect tracking and logging tools including but not limited to
ALM Mercury Quality Center, Clear Quest Defect Tracking System (CDTS), etc.
.Experience understanding design documents logic and creating queries to
replicate ETL logic on the database to test the scenarios presented in the
requirements.
.Experience working with relational databases is necessary including but not
limited to Teradata, DB2, Oracle and any RDBMS.
.SQL experience performing moderate to complex queries expected.
.Excellent communication skills and the usage of Microsoft Office tools to
proficiently communicate.
.Ability to make connections between current issues and past experiences for
efficient resolution. .Understanding of data flow to be able to answer user
queries.
.Unix knowledge .Experience with defect triage meetings
.Technically proficient in technology language, systems and support tools
(SQL, Teradata SQL Assistant, TOAD, MySQL, etc.).
.Excellent organizational skills.
.5+ years of working in or closely with those involved in the software
development lifecycle work. .Understanding of project life cycles.
Preferred Skills:
.Agile/SCRUM process experience a plus .Experience in a Financial Services
or Mortgage Industry.
