I can't do that in my production environment without advance notice because of the behavior change. I'll upgrade the greenball
plugin first to the latest release, but I don’t expect that will resolve what we observe on the log for greenballs. My work around is to delete inactive users to add new ones for now. I have plans to deploy a newer release of jenkins (1.565.1) November 4th. Once the production upgrade is done, I’ll revisit. Thanks for your help
