For some reason changes are blank when specifying: ${CHANGES_SINCE_LAST_SUCCESS, showPaths=true}. If I just do ${CHANGES_SINCE_LAST_SUCCESS}. showPaths works with perforce-plugin, so that's why I think there may be a bug here.
