It was working before. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin, running safeRestart, still no luck. I was working on updating the plugin, but never uploaded it to this particular instance of Jenkins, so the version of the plugin and property file have not changed. Just randomly stopped working out of the blue. I tried creating the properties file again as well, but still no luck. Jenkins recognizes the property file when configuring the job with the parameter, but won't display it.
