[FIXED JENKINS-23096] incorrect links for jobs
The behaviour of the job.getUrl() seems to have changed around Jenkins
1.568. It now returns a relative path instead of an absolute one. So
replacing the relative url by an absolute one fixes it for the
radiatorplugin.
