Occurs with older versions of Jenkins Integrity plugin too, whenever an SQL Exception occurs due to outdated DB schema (after upgrading). A required condition for the behavior to appear is that the "Clean workspace" option is disabled for the particular build queue (which is not really to be considered as "best practice" for quality assurance of production builds, but might be used by some people for development builds to save some extra time for fetching the complete SCM archive).
