Description:

When an error is caused by bad syntax in the Workflow definition, the console output should be more descriptive than a "NullPointerException".
For example, having just the "sh" step in a workflow without the "node { }" results in failed build with a "NullPointerException... at DurableTaskStep$Execution.start... etc"
