Hi, don't know if this may help, but we had other issues after upgrading svn-plugin. (handled somewhere here in another solved issue) we solved our problems this way (don't remember details at the moment, but that's the direction we went): svn-plugin 2.3 reworked jenkins configuration: added credentials in jenkins configuration for matching svn location (not that intuitive...) finally we added svn-credentials for native svn (svn simple!) in home of user running jenkins, on master and slave machines this solved our issues, don't know if this might help you solving yours, but I hope it gives you some point to start with
