Tested 1.0.20, i can see the client spec has modtime set and that the files have their local sync times.
I still need the "verbosity" feature JENKINS-25468 so i can actually see what is going on, and the JENKINS-24741 to see if it speeds up the reconcile but i can see the reconcile has the modtime set so i trust Perforce that things will be better than before.
