I recently discovered the Workshop object was getting trampled in multi configuration projects or parallel execution. So made a change to clone the object in 1.0.20, however I forgot one method. I fixed this yesterday in 1.0.21. The org.jenkinsci.plugins.p4.PerforceScm.setBuildLabel method has now gone.
Please can you try the latest (1.0.21) and if you find any issues post an updated stack trace.
