Looks like a config issue due to the leading forward slash. I'd double-check wherever you entered the URL gerrit.gainsight.com:8080 whether it actually expects a protocol/host/port to be entered.
Also, please note that this is a bug tracker, not a support web site, and everyone contributing to Jenkins and its plugins is a volunteer doing this without compensation. Asking for a status update after not even two business days indicate you do not understand this.
