You may separate the multijob in many jobs.

Exemple (before) :
Multijob X :

  • Phase 1
  • Call job A
  • Call job B
  • Phase 2
  • Call job C
  • Call job C (again)

If you want call the Phase 2 by a groovy script, you can have this config of job:
Multijob X :

  • Phase 1
  • Call job A
  • Call job B
  • Phase 2
  • Call multijob Y
    Multijob Y :
  • Phase 1.1 :
  • Call Job C
  • Call Job C (again)

The build of MultiJob X was equivalent, but you can start Multijob Y without start phase 1.
