Tom FENNELLY: Not logged into GitHub right now, so commenting here: Please point users on GitHub to the PR's build at e.g. https://jenkins.ci.cloudbees.com/job/core/job/jenkins-core/1730/artifact/war/target/ so they can simply download + test the change (important: not in production!) with different inputs. That guy is clearly confused about what he should do with the PR.
