After the upgrade to Jenkins 1.565.1, I am now able to add more users past my previous limit. I currently have about 285 users. Your comment about setting up user groups to improve performance makes sense. I wasn't aware of the support for macros (currently using role strategy version 1.1.1.) I'll check it out. Thanks!
