That's not a bug but a change in copyartifact-1.31 (
JENKINS-22590).There was a problem that a dropdown cannot list all possible permalinks.
You can now input them manually.
Autocomplete should work when you type some beginning of permalinks like "last" (it shows candidates like lastBuild, lastStableBuild, ... and so on). Please try that.
