Not sure if it is of any help. But it displays correctly with IE 11 (11.0.9600.17351) and IE 10 (10.0.9200.17148), although not in IE 9 or 8.
I did find a work around. If you reduce the zoom to 95% (or lower) then increase it back to 100%, the alignment is OK.
