There haven't been any release for the perforce plugin in a long time. I don't think it is being developed anymore. I migrated my projects to use p4 plugin instead. The plugin is relatively new; it has some new functionality, but is also missing some of the functionality of the perforce plugin. It is still being actively developed though and Paul Allen has been pretty good about providing support.
