In order to restart from a checkpoint it is possible to POST to
…/restart and do this via REST API. (There is not yet an _api.jelly
documenting that fact; file a bug for it.)
In order to approve a workflow input step, you can POST to …/submit?proceed
and do so via REST API (again not yet documented in _api.jelly, file a
bug).
