Thanks, Daniel for your help so far.

Today I woke up and noticed, again, that the memory had been consumed 100%.
Nonetheless, I was able to get a support bundle and a thread dump. I will upload them after I look at their contents.
I was also able to make a heap dump and used it in Eclipse's memory analyzer. It indicates a memory leak:

"
One instance of "hudson.model.Hudson" loaded by "org.eclipse.jetty.webapp.WebAppClassLoader @ 0x579993a58" occupies 212,364,512 (53.33%) bytes. The memory is accumulated in one instance of "hudson.model.Hudson" loaded by "org.eclipse.jetty.webapp.WebAppClassLoader @ 0x579993a58".

Keywords
hudson.model.Hudson
org.eclipse.jetty.webapp.WebAppClassLoader @ 0x579993a58
"

I have attached the report of the leak (copy/pasted).
