I have made an release 0.5 to update the description and wiki links for the pretest-commit artifact.
The release is only available on the Praqma github repository - it won't be published elsewhere, and will not be kept for ever.

I made some code changes to make the plugin build, and updated the pom file with deprecation. Changes reference this issue.
I made a manual release from our build host - this was just a one-shot (mvn release:clean release:prepare release:perform)
