Description:

The build project should return success, if all phases returned success, even not all the phases have been triggered based on the designed condition.
For example: build, deploy, test, (when test returns unstable then continue with the next two phases), deploy(previous version), test.
When only 3 phases ( build, deploy, test ) are executed and all successfully returned, the build job should return success.
