Situation was as follows:
1) A jenkins master without clearcase.
2) 1 slave with clearcase installed.
3) Job assigned to build on that node where clearcase is installed.
4) Enable polling on slaves in global configuration is enabled.
The plugin polls alright, starts a build etc..
It fails when it tried to generate the changeset, because it sometimes require us to load additional clearcase objects during changelog creation.
