Hi. We are using team concert plugin 1.1.9, and Jenkins 1.592. If we kick off a build from the RTC client, then I find that the Jenkins job definition is updated with this parameter. (Although with the issue as described here: https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-26560 )
I even find that without this parameter added to Jenkins, if I kick off a build from the Jenkins launch page, a new build result is still registered in RTC about the build, although it is not as complete a record as when this parameter exists, or if the build is launched from the RTC client which inserts the parameter).
