I am also having the same problem that Hans notes, and it seems mostly to revolve around the svn externals. We use a lot of them, and it really becomes an issue. I also had it working with an older version of Jenkins and plugins, I moved to a new server and this is coming up all the time. EDIT: After adding the alternate credentials to all my jobs,this is not happening anymore.
