Another approach would be to provide expand/collapse (+/-) buttons or icons for each phase for the default view so that we can hide/show the child jobs of each phase. There should be ability to pre-configure the defaults so that certain jobs/phases in the view load with all or selected few of its children visible while others can be kept hidden and show up only when the user clicks on the expand/collapse icon.
