Assuming freestyle projects, one is a link labeled Delete Project that opens a _javascript_ popup dialog (possibly dimming the rest of the web page, e.g. in Firefox) asking Are you sure about deleting the Project ‘name’?; while the other is a link labeled Delete Build that navigates to an entirely new web page that asks Are you sure about deleting the build?.
There is no way these could be confused if you've ever actually looked at both of them. They hardly cannot be any more different from each other without adding superfluous speed bumps like
I'd enjoy this a lot the next time I clean up my instance and need to delete a few dozen obsolete projects…
